You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and using the correct student, teacher, school, or admin role. Some accounts may require approval before full access is enabled.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform for legitimate learning, teaching, exam, and school-management purposes.
- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user’s data, or disrupt platform services.
Assessment and grading
AI grading, transcripts, and feedback are provided as support tools. Teachers and authorized staff may review, edit, and submit final grades. E-Elevate does not guarantee a specific IELTS band score or official test outcome.
Submissions, recordings, and files
Students may submit writing, audio recordings, files, and exam responses. By submitting content, you allow E-Elevate to process it for grading, feedback, reporting, and platform operation.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, internet issues, or external service problems. Features may be improved or changed over time.
