Information we collect

We collect account details, role information, course activity, exam attempts, assignment submissions, uploaded files, audio recordings, grading data, and support messages needed to run the platform.

How we use information

  • Provide student, teacher, school, and admin dashboards.
  • Process exams, assignments, feedback, and reports.
  • Improve platform reliability, security, and user experience.
  • Respond to support, demo, and account requests.

AI and assessment data

Writing and speaking submissions may be processed to generate grading suggestions, transcripts, error evidence, and feedback. Teachers can review and adjust these suggestions before final grading.

AI output is used to support assessment workflows. Teacher review remains part of the grading experience.

Sharing and security

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers required to operate hosting, storage, email, analytics, AI processing, and security. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect platform data.

Your choices

You may request help updating your account, correcting inaccurate information, or asking about data access/deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for educational, legal, or institutional reporting reasons.
